Steve Johnson

Sales Director

Steve Johnson, one of the Managing Partners at Wise Flooring & Design, brings a wealth of experience in flooring and installation services. As a third-generation flooring installer, Steve's journey began in his grandfather’s flooring business, where he managed crews and led large projects from a young age. Transitioning from hands-on installation to sales and management, Steve has since specialized in commercial projects and has successfully diversified across all flooring sectors.

Armed with a business degree, Steve co-founded Wise Flooring & Design, leveraging his extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial flooring. His dedication to providing exceptional client care has not only established Wise Flooring’s market presence but has also fostered strong, enduring client relationships. Steve is equally committed to his team, believing that success starts with each customer and striving to deliver 100% effort every time.

I'm Wendy Johnson, and I’ve been honored to serve our clients at Wise Flooring since 2009. When I first began this journey, I didn’t know much about flooring. But over the past 15 years, I've learned so much—not only about the details of flooring but also about the heart of our organization and the importance of operations that support our clients. It’s been a joy to grow alongside an incredible team.

My goal is to make the flooring selection process as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I love connecting with each client, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them toward the perfect solutions for their spaces. I have had the pleasure of working within the Wise Flooring and Design corporation environment for five years. I especially enjoy the work environment at Wise, where I am able to provide in-person assistance to my coworkers and managers.
